The Place.
Firstly, welcome to The Place beachfront Development.
Although we are still in the process of completing the
project, we have several completed garden villas which are
already fully complete and operational and are rented on a
weekly/monthly basis. The completed one, two and three
bedroom villas are available now at very reasonable rates,
starting from 1,500 Thai Baht per night. We do our best to
keep construction noise to a minimum and never work through
the night, so your stay should be relatively quiet and
relaxing.
Each villa is fully self contained and self catering and has
its own private swimming pool, we take the liberty of
stocking the fridge with soft drinks and drinking water,
anything else you should require can be purchased at local
shops surrounding The Place and there is a large Tesco Lotus
super market in the town of Nathon approximately 10 minutes
drive from The Place.
We have a full maid and pool cleaning service on site
and at this point in time the maid and garden maintenance
staff will come to clean and maintain your villa every two
days. We are happy to set an appropriate time with you for
this service.
We have internet at The Place and can organize motor bike
and car rentals and collect you from Samui Airport and drop
you back when your stay is complete.
